ok..... tis update is dedicated to BUDAK RP....
hahaha.....
so far, life is great...
tapi everyday is very tiring...
i'm tutoring every tues, wed ( straight away aft school)
sat (aft cca) and sun....

ok, for tis week, i'll be having two quizes:
1) PIPC ( inorganic chem for short)
2) Human Anatomy and Physiology (HAP)

as a result, tis tues i have a lecture at 8 AM!!!!!
naseb baek rumah dekat! i pity my friend, marcus, he stays in sengkang and has to wake up at 0530 for ttt day....
nvm lah marco, sacrifice for good GPA, hahaha.....

fyi, for tis semester, i'm taking 7 subjects....
(i) Biochemistry
(ii) PIPC
(iii) Organic chemistry
(iv) HAP
(v) APEL (effective leavung at poly life-* there is actually a SUBJECT tt teaches us how to live our life!!!!!)
(vi) CSAS ( communication skills for applied science)
and one more is....
(vii) maths stat

those u did a maths in sec school will do the maths stat with one eye closed! basicly, they just revising wat they've learnt.... as for me i have to work hatder for it! nvm, all my sacrifices will be worth it!! i'll make sure of that!

my class of 29 somehow got seperated into groups, n "my group" has 10 members:

suprisingly, there's only two girls in my grp, me n sam

last day of orientation

last day of orientation at TP....
today was not tt tiring as i didn't take part in the main events

i reached TP @ 0815, get changed into the shirt given, in was green in colour, same as the colour of ASc School, i took size 'M', it was bigman, i shud have taken 'S'... but nvm lah..

then, after everyone had gathered, we all went to the TCC ( Temasek Convention Centre). the Director of ASc school gave a talk and TP seniors performed an act which provide very useful info for the freshies, the cheer team also practice their cheer... thy're very good!!

then we went to the sports complex, had our lunch then everybody, from all 6 schools, cheer like crazy... competing with each other, as from noon until evening the judge will observe which school has the best cheer for the competition....

first competition was "mass dance", representatives from each school will dance according to the music, we had to cheer for our team, AS Team, (applied science school). we also folowed the dance steps, moving our body at a stationary position....
we all cheer, or more accurate, screaming like mad.... until our OLs lose their voice....
after that, we all went to bedok reservoir, behind TP, for the dragonboat competition...
n also continuing cheer competition...
the dragonboat race is between 6 schools ( AS, Engine, Design, Business, IIT, HSS), in categories, male seniors, female seniors, male freshies, female freshies n lecturers...

businees won 1st place for most, if not, all categories, n they were the overall winner also...
as for AS school, we won 3rd for one category, and also we won the best cheer for the 3rd YEAR IN A ROW!!!! YEAY!!!

then, it was abt 7 pm, then aft we solat, then we gathered the winners from our 'tribe', FALTIS, for best OL, best class n so on....
wat i know tt our class, A9G1 WON THE BEST CLASS IN FALTIS!!!! YEAY!!!! GO G1!!!

before we were dismissed, we were givemn our matrix card n our timetable for the next 17 weeks....

it's qiute complicated to understand as we are still new to the system....
it goes like "IT6-1-18"
it means IT building blk 6, lvl 1, room 18

mmm..... wat else to talk about??!!
i think for the time being, till now, chao!

One more exhausting day at TP...

Aft the interview at Mendaki,i went straight away to TP.We did more cheer including the movement.We also did more dance.All the students from applied sciece school gathered together in the sports hall and we dance together.
It was damn syiok!I really had fun.
Then we rest for while.We continued and played some sort like amazing race.In the pit-stops,we played games like spiderweb,maze in total darkness,paint phrases using brush without using hands.We have to do al these games as a team.
The objective of the games reflected the life as a student in TP.We have to be independent and also co-operate with others.

Yesterday,we overnight at TP without any sleep.We played games all the way until dawn.We finally stop at 05 20,thursday,17th april,we didn't sleep at all.Then after briefing alot tomorrow,friday,we can finally go home.

I was very tired,when i reached home at 06 49 this morning,I slept at 3pm in the afternoon! Believe that?

On friday,the orientation continues,from 08 15 until ???...By then we had received our time table and matric card!YEAH! Ok then,continue later!Bye!

2nd day orientation

WAAAHHHH!!!!!!!!!
2DAY VERY TIRED LEH!!!!!!!!

woke up at 0645, subuh, shower n get ready for orientation which started at 0830...
went out at 0800 n meet up with my cousin...
went to TP together n walk to LT ( lecture theatre) 6

then after everyone had came, we started cheering, learning the cheers....
n by the way, i'm in a group name FALTIS n my class is A9G1
FALTIS is a mixture of students from biomed n pharmeceutical...
there are 3 other grps, DAKOTA, KITAGI, n MA.... smthg, can't remember...

then we play games, the first few ones were indoors, like entangled hands n they give u a list of things u have to do n collect at least 150 pts, each task got points...
we did kallang waves 3 times with our hands interlock, we did interlock toes bu only 3 pairs of ppl, me wif samantha, jia ling with eda n two more person can't remember....
then qi yuan counted how many teeth jia hao has, we switch our shoes, right to left, n one of the pair switch again with someone else.... it's was very fun.... n 4 guys volunteered for their leg hair to be PLUCKED!!!! the unlucky guys are dollah, marcus, kendrig n edison...
then dollah n jiia hao did the 'osim igallop', the machine, jia hao become the machine n dollah sat on him n move his butt ( like a cowboy on a bull.... hahahaha)

then me, samantha, jia ling, n 3 others guys do the iskimo greet, we touch our nose together, girls wif girls n boys wif boys lah of course!!

then we play outdoor games, the first one was 'caterpillar', everybody must stand on a chair side by sede forming a straigh line, cannot touch the ground, then the last person wud past the chair to person at the front until we reach the finish line....
unfortunately, the weather was DAMN HOT!!!! WE WERE LIKE BBQ-ED HUMAN IN THE MIDDLE OF THE FIELD!!!!!!!!!!
my class won 3rd

then we go back inside, rest n play minor games to let the weather cool off a bit....

then the fun begin, coz we play wet games
1) water bomb~ we'll be throwing the water bombs fro one pair to one pair n put it in the pail, but we can only catch the bomb using a towel, no hands were allowed, my class was quite good at it, n we won 1st place wif 36 bags

2) sponge~ we pass a soaked sponge from end to end n the last perdon wud squeez out the sponge, the class wif the most water collected wud win, but we cannot use our hands (from tip of finger until wrist), we must use other body parts, we were like having so much fun n my class won 1st place again
our OL (orientation leader) erin, promised tt if we won 1st, we can do anything to him, so he lied down in the middle of the badmiinton court, n the water collected from the game, we pour on him, n his whole body wet

3) "football"~ but we must be on our knees n our hands on the ground, the ground was slippery coz they pur detergent powder n water, so we have to shoot soap bars using our hands into our opponent goal post, n we were competing with three other grps at the same time... it was fun n we got really wet!!
we don't know the results but confirm we're not first....

then they brief us abt tmr n we went home.........

my hands n legs are aching man!!!!

tmr i got interview for a bursary, so i'll be coming late to TP!!!

1st day in poly

dah lame ana tk update....

today's activity was quite tiring, actually i didn't do much but i think the exhaustion from the past few days have not worn off....

so, i woke up at around 0655, solat, then mandi, get ready to go to poly for the 'digital literacy workshop', regarding the 'second life'
went out from my house at 0821, luckily TP is very near to my house, if not ah, wallau... can't imagine wat time to wake up....
i walk super quickly....
then i met samantha, she's also in BMS( biomedical science) n coincidentally, same class....
so we get to know each other n also the rest of our classmates...

so far as wat i know, there's only two students from madrasah, me n one guy, syed abdullah, my classmate, he's from aljunied....
then we had to remember all our classmates' name
n they are....(if i'm not mistaken):
~joanne~elin~dollah~kendrik~jia mei~yuan li~jia li~eda~ jia qi ~ jiahao~ edison~ marcus~ qi yuan~ samantha ~ umairah~ paviltra~ biula~ yuni~ jacintha~ farah~ nani~ shehnam

so far, that's the only people i know....
n our orientation leaders are erin n valencia
we played games n get to know each other from 0830 until 1100
we were also brought to the computer lab for ASc students n the guy taught us abtt the student portal, TP student e-mail, OLE (online learning environment), the rules in the lab, wat we have to do if got problems, so on....
then from 1100 until 1300 we had our lunch.... the food was okay....

from 1300 until 1400 we played more games....
1400 till 1630, we had the workshop....
there we were divided into groups, my group mates are edison, jia hao, shehnam, samantha
samantha was the leader n i was the time keeper
we need to build a room in the virtual world, 'second life'

jia hao n sahnem did the research on plagarism n copyright, edison did the floor for the room, n sam n me did the 4 walls......

it's been fun to get to know them.... i feel comfortable around them....
unfortunately, i can't join suhail n yatie at the tampines 1 coz i finished late... :<) i'm looking forward for tomorrow, coz it'll be more fun...( i think:>)

it's been ages since my last post!! (like real....)
it's not tt i don't want to share what's happening with me rite now, it just tt i have nothing to share....
but since 'someone' asked to update... here goes....
for the time being, i'm just waiting anxiously, but at the same time excited, for the orientation at TP, starting from April 14th till April 17th

The regitration wasn't as simple as i expected....
first, u have to go for a check up... fill up the forms given...
2nd, collect ur medical results n posts all required documents...

i thought everything was settled until i received a letter about the orientation...

there's a letter saying tt student of the applied science school need to create their own avatar for the Second Life, some sort like a virtual island for ASc Students....
this may sound exciting for some of you, but not me....

it's very tideous....
i've tried to register like millions of times....
but still the registration is currently unavailable...
haish.... tgk lah nanti mcm mane nk reg foor this second life thing..
LECEH AH!!!!

ok my next goals are:
1) of course, to do my best in TP n achieve my dreams
2) to save money for laptop, digi cam, more clothes n....
3) to have more savings for future use....

i'm really amazed with the traggers in kyle xy...
i know that it is just an acting but it really show a very good example, how problems should be handled as a family....
let me introduce you to the character:

~Nicole Tragger: a therapist; a very loving mother, she understands her children n tried to help them in their problems n she knows what is best for them

~Steven Tragger: work in an IT-related company; a responsible father, he encourages his children to prsue thei dreams

as parents, they don't really punish or scold their children for all mistakes, instead they let their children face the consequences fo their own wrong-doings, they do punish them, (they're grounded like other teenagers, they got scold when they failed their exams...etc..)
but nicole n steven guide them through theri hardship, so they can survive in the future

~Lori n Josh Tragger: biological children of nicole n steven; very good siblings n friends
~Kyle Tragger: adopted son of nicole n steven; an extarordinary n brilliant young man; he's very caring n warm to everyone, willing to sacrifice anything for his loved ones, always there for those who needs him, always trust those who really try their best to change for the good....
a very loyal friend n faithfyl lover- he won't betray his friends) {someday i wish to be like him}

they would help kyle anytime when he needs them, they are willing to do anything for each other....

~Jessi Tragger: a female version of kyle.... (you have to watch it urself if u wanna know more about her)

actually ther's few more supporting roles tt made this series very interesting.....

u have to watch it yourself to real feel the mood....

WOAH!! SHOCKING!! AMAZING!! UNBELIEVEABLE!!
A huge round of applause for the creator of KYLE XY!!
the show really impressed me man!!

the last episode will be on next monday, 17th march 2009,
this season really blew my mind miles away, man!! SERIOUSLY!!

On the 2nd last episode of season 3, andy had to say goodbye to josh coz she was leaving town on the next morning, but din't have the heart to hurt josh's feelings, so she just spent her last night with josh....
(they were such a lovely couple, if u watch it urself, u'ld feel touched)

kyle n jessi planned something to bring cassidy down, who had murdered sara, jessi's mother, n their plan went smoothly
cassidy was invited to dinner with the traggers, they tried to dig out some facts about who cassidy really was....

meanwhile, lori n declan help kyle to find out more about cassidy from their new boyfriend n girlfriend, mark n another girl ( i don't remember her name)

their acting was very convincing.... cassidy told them what jessi did on the first night she escaped from Zzyzx..... jessi actually murdered a hunter who was trying to hurt her....
nicole n steven actually did'nt know about it until cassidy told them.... as part of their charade, (kyle n jessi), jessi pretended to run away, n kyle was speechless....
cassidy thought tt when he told the traggers about jessi, they wouldn't trust her n trust him instead....

so, later tt night, cassidy went to the rack to meet kyle, as they prominsed....
it turned out tt jessi was there first before kyle...
jessi was very mad n wanted to kill cassidy like what he did to sara, instead, she made cassidy tell the truth, why he killed sara... ( jessi manipulated the polarity of cassidy's blood flow n managed to control the expansion n contraction of his blood vessels)
kyle got there when cassidy started to tell the truth, the real reason was sara found out tt latnok was starting adam baylin's experiment again, sara did'nt approve of it so cassidy eliminated her before she caused an trouble in proceeding with the project....

at the same time, jessi kept hurting cassidy up to a point where she nearly killed cassidy, but kyle stopped her by "throwing" jessi to the wall.... literally...

jessi was unconcious, kyle tried to revive her but cassid checked her heartbeat bu she was 'gone'...
kyle was"scared n crying" for he had caused jessi's "death"...
kyle n cassidy left the rack n jessi's body on the floor...

then, foss came n jessi was actually still alive (she reduced her heartbeat to convince cassidy tt she was really dead)

it was part of their plan... now cassidy was fooled n kyle managed to get cassidy to trust him....

i can't wait to see the season finale, nxt monday!!
start the countdown.....

tk sangke sey aja org tuition je, penat die semacam, ape lagi klu keje mkn gaji... mampos sey....

so far, klu kire in march, i have 8 tutees, almost everyday i'm tutoring, all 7 days except monday....

~ tues: aza (sec 2) n hidayah (sec 3)
~ wed: diyana (pri 6)
~ thurs: aza n hidayah
~ fri: bazil (sec 2) n bazli (sec2)
~ sat: farahin (pri 6) n nuwairah (pri 4), diyana
~ sun: kak aisyah (sec 4), bazil n bazli
so far, i'm only tutoring for maths n science.....
some of them do ask me a bit of arabic, i'll help them with whatever i can ah....
i charge $40/sub/mth, so alhamdulillah, i earn over $400 per month....
i need to save some for my future expenses....
btw, today i started tutoring my cousins, bazli n bazil, both are in sec 2, (twins), i'll be coaching them in maths n science, twice a week, every friday n sunday, 1.5 hrs per session....
i felt really satisfied n happy when my tutee told their parents tt they understand n very comfortable with my teaching method....
my energy is not wasted even a bit...

p/s: to those who read my posts:
i know tt all my posts are not interesting to read, coz tt's the fact, i'm a boring person, my routine everyday is the same, i don't have a boyfriend, all my bestfriends are schooling at a fixed hrs, plus i'm tutoring almost everyday, there's nothing i can do much for the time being....

i really hope tt my life story will be more interesting from april onwards, coz by then my study in poly has started...! insya Allah amin!!!!!!!!!!

first, i had a McDonald's breakfast, hotcake with sausage meal......
mmm.... yummy.... it has been ages since i had it last time....
then, i went to SATA (Singapore Anti-Tuberculosis Association) in Chai Chee for medical check-up ( poly purposes)... i reached there at abt 1130 n finished at abt 1300....

first, we had to register, take our queue number... however, the numbers are not machine-operated, meaning tt the students who need to go for check up just take a small piece of paper with number on it from a small table.... n the numbers were not in order, scattered around the table....

so we had to find the smallest number, which is the number tt wil be called first....

but just imagined, for example, you know tt the number they are serving is 163, n there are many other people waiting thier number to be called, so i saw a number, 181, i took it, then i saw 177, i put back 181 n took 177

then i saw 173....

unfortunately i was too slow to change my number.... haish.... too bad........

then, we had to test for our urine, check our eye-sight, like do we need glasses, r we colour blind n all tt stuff....

then check our blood pressure, go for x-ray n asked questions by the doctor....

then the process ended... so i can collect the result on tis coming friday, march 6th, at 1500

after completing the medical check-up, i went to masjid al-ansar to pray zohor prayers, then continue my day to tutor cikgu batariyah's grandchildren in bedok south, their house.....

at tt time, it was raining quite heavily, so my father sentne to their house but they weren't home....

so i contacted diyana, my tutee, n she said tt she was at her grabdmother's hoise at Jln Anak Patong....

then, i went there n helped them with their science n get tired n sleepy.....

abt 2 hrs later, the sssion ended, my father fetched me n my family n i went for dinner...

we went to sakura in Ang Mo Kio, in served food in buffet, so we helped ourselves withh wateva we want to have.....

there were SOOOOOOO MANY DISHES!!!!

like when u name it they'll have it....

from the appetizer to the main dish, from the salads to the desserts.....

the point is u can eat anything you want!!!

i'm still waiting for my TP enrolement package which was supposed to be sent to me last week.....
i wonder why the delay...? mmmm.....

i've been tutoring for abt 2 mths now....
i would feel very tired n exhausted on every saturday... coz i'ld be teaching 3 students non-stop
1st 2 students in the morning (P4 & P6), in jurong.
2 hrs per person, so i would start at 10 in the morning until 2 in the afternoon..
then, straight away i go to bedok south to tutor a P6 student from 4 till 6 pm..
but i tend to stay a bit longer than 6...
then my father would fetch me home....

Insya Allah my poly will startin april..
so for the time being, i'm tutoring to save some oney for m own expenses...
after april, i have to reconsider abt tutoring except tt i already have 2 students 2 teach....
so maybe i can spare some time for abt 4 to 5 students.....

we'll see how things go in the future...
let's hope for the best....

2 days ago i went to eisya's b'day party @ changi...
i went together with suhail n yatie...
i had a blast....
i met deeyawn, kak fash, maisarah n eisya of course
i'd always look forward to go to eisya's party coz i know tt i'll have a lot of fun....
Cik sha was of course the organizer n who made it all possible...

yesterday, nothing much happened..
i juz went to my grandparents' house n watched tv...

as for today, my tutee could'nt make it for tuition today...
so i watched more tv lor....

maybe most of them who know me or even those who don't know me might think tt i'm a very BORING person.....
mmm....
i don't know...
i might agree with them myself...
i just don't know wat to do other than watch tv....
coz my mum won't allow me to go out if it's not necessary to....

pokoknya kalo lo ngak sempet ngeliat, lo harus3 liat di intarnet...
di youtube kek, ape kek, di mana kek, terserah lo, pokoknya loh harus liat episod ini
episod ini seruuuuuuuu banget!!!!
tapi kasian deh melati sama marvel...
gara2 ingin memperjuangkan cinta mereka...
mereka itu sanggup menderita.. buktinya melati dikurung di kamar sama mamanya
dia dilarang ngomong sama marvel... apalgi ketemuan sama marvel..
makanya, melati mogok makan... dia nggak akan mau makan sampe die bisa ketemu sama marvel...
marvel jugak sama kayak melati, cuman marvel nya lebih nekad...
marvel dateng ke rumeh nya melati, dia nggak peduli sama mamanya melati yg super galak itu, meskipun dia tau kalo mamanya melati itu nggak pernah suka sama dia...

(ya, karna dia kan laki2... harus bersikap lebih agresif gitu loh....)
setelah marvel masuk ke rumahnya melati, dia terus duduk bersimpul kaki di lantai rumahnya melati...
marvel gila apa ya? berani2 nya dia masok ke rumah orang tanpa ijin...
bu selfa (mamanya melati) berusaha keras mengusir marvel dari situ...
bu selfa udah coba narik, cubit, nampar untuk ngusir marvel tapi nggak berhasil jugak...
marvel bilang kalo dia nggak akan keluar dari rumah itu sampe die bisa ketemu sama melati karna dia khawatir sama keadaannya melati yang lagi mogok makan...
marvelnya juga ngotot, mohon restu sama bu selfa tentang hubungannya sama melati...
buselfa nya, yaa, biasalah... keras kepala... tetap nggak mau ngikutin permintaannya marvel meskipun marvelnya udah janji akan ngebahagiain melati dan ngebuktiin ke semua orang kalo dia itu bisa menjadi saorang yang sangat hebat dan bisa dikagumin...

dengan marvel nya yg ngotot terus, bu selfa mau nelfon polisi supaya maevel nya diusir dari rumahnya....
tapi, nggak sempat dia ngelakuin itu, tante anggi (mamanya marvel) sama oma datang ke rumahnya bu selfa....
bu selfe terus-terusan menghina marvel n mama nya....
tante anggi dibilang nggak becus menjaga anak... dan marvel dibilang nggak tau malu karna dia nggak nyadar kalo dia itu nggak layak pacaran sama melati... karna katanya bu selfa melati yang cantik itu nggak sepadan sama marvel yang jelek....

aduuh...... maaf ya... gue udah ngantuk ni... mau ngelanjutin ceritanya, tenaga udah habis....
mendingan lo liat aja deh di youtube, ingat yaaaa 'melati untuk marvel ep 104'
selanjutnya dari cerita gue lebih seru, karna melati bisa ketemu sama marvel dan sempet terjadi keributan antara dua keluarga......

episod selanjutnya iaitu besok... juga bakalan seru karna pak surya ngemumumkan sesuatu yang bikin semua orang kaget...
pokoknya, lo harus liat nya sendiri dan ngerasain situasi yang sebenarnya tuh gimana...

today was quite tiring....
not tired doing the job, but exhausted coz i lost my energy....
~i woke up @ 7 in the morning...
~pray suboh prayers
~watched 'suci' until 0830
~shower, get ready to go to an-naem for religious class
~go there by taxi, until 1130 then the class ended
~my father fetched me n my mum
~go to mukmin @ bedok, had breakfast ( i had 'kacang pool')
~go to my grandma house
~helped her to shower
~ go home @ 2 pm
~pray zohor prayers
~help my mum to 'cut' long beans while watch tv
~watch tv summore until 5 pm
~asar prayers
~cook rice
~tuition from 1730 until 1930
~rush to my grandma house again coz there's smthg wrong with her hp
~maghrib prayers
~went back home (thinking of watching tv @ home)
~went back to my grandma house to accompany her coz my grandpa went to the mosque
~accompany her while watch tv until 2245
~reach home, continue watch tv...
~do tis post n.....

This post is only suitable for those people who r crazy abt tv.....
i watched the latest episode of 'kyle xy season 3', episode 4....
and it ain't pretty....
this episode was wild... declan, kyle n josh went to a bar..
it was declan suggestion, to help kyle forget abt amanda
kyle got drunk n he showed off his power to everyone in the bar....
even worst, he shouted out loud abt him being a science experiment in front of everyone....
but the good thing is tt eventhough declan broght kyle to tt bar with josh, declan still knew his limit not to let josh drink as well as he was too young...
when people got drunk, they can do anythng without realising it...

later tt night, their car was towed, they had to pay AS$200 to get it back
however they didn't have the money to do so...
kyle became himself again by doing his thing...
n declan "stole" their car back....
the 'crazy' man who took their car realised n chased them with a dog, BIG dog

in this chaotic situation, josh had his senses not to let declan drive b'coz he was drunk....
the three guys talked n kyle realised the only way to make everything right again is to tell amanda the truth...
when he finally got the courage to face amanda... Foss was outside of his house
Foss told him tt ADAM BAYLIN DIED TT DAY....
kyle was devastated.... (to be continued....)

in this episode, it showed how good declan n josh as friends to kyle....

it's currently 2345 hrs....
tired yet not sleepy....
boring, got nothing to do...
since graduated from my secondary school, i got nothing to do for abt two months....
besides from watching tv, eating n more tv....
even now i spend most of my time watching tv, my favourite shows...
if you wanna know... here r the things tt i do when i free the whole day
0700 suboh prayers (i know it's late to pray suboh but....
0730 tv (suci @ sensasi) it's not tt i pray for 1/2 hr!

0830-1130 tv (since i have hubstation n recorded so many movies n tv series, it's time to sit back n relax!

1130-1200 take a shower.. ( it's late but who cares....)

1200-1400 tv (E!News/Ellen show)

1400-1430 zohor prayers

1430-1930 go to my grandparents house...

(of course watch tv in between... i'ld bring VCD or CD to entertain myself...)

(asar n maghrib prayers also)

1930 go back

2000-2245 tv again! ( melati untuk marvel @ SCTV/ Cinta fitri @ SCTV/ alisa @ RCTI)

2245-0000 waste more time... (tv/ computer/ HP...)

0000-0100 waste more time... (sometimes sleep already...)

0100-0700 hibernate

and the cycle continues....

at least, for the time being... i do make use some of my time to coach some students in their studies....

for now, i have abt 5 students n i'm coaching them in their academic subjects... but if hey ask me anything related to the arabic subjects, i can also help them...

2 students will come to my house every tuesday n thursday. from 1700 till 1900, one is in sec2 n the other is sec3, i'm tutoring them maths n science
2 students in jurong west/east (i don't know) from 1000 till 1400, every saturday, P4 n P6, also maths n science
1 student in bedok south, P6, every wednesday from 1500 till 1700

i hope i can get more students, unfortunately i can help these students only until end of march... coz insya Allah poly is starting in April

last friday, Jan 30th, i received a message from MOE saying tt i've been posted to Temasek Polytechnic in Biomedical Informatics N Engineering....
Later tt day, i went to TP, accompanied by my mum n together wiith Nazurah, kak fash n nadiah...
Nazurah was posted to Republic Polytechnic, so she went to TP to appeal in order to be transfer to tt institute...
As for me, i went there to appeal for my course....
i didn't know why i put BIE as my first choice when i actually wanted to be in Biomedical Science...
Unfortunately, there was something wrong with the system islandwide...
so we had to do the appel ourselves at home after 6 pm...
we wasted our time just going to TP, we went there at abt 2 in the afternoon....

Nevermind tt, yesterday i went to my cousin's house, abg ayun, he helped me applying for the bursary n scholarship in mendaki, he gave me the forms n explained everything....
he advised me to apply for SMB (Special Malay Bursary) n MENDAKI Scholarship...
Through SMB, youu won't need to pay a single cent as they will pay for you, plus they will give you $1,700 per year for your own expenses.... the only condition is tt your o lvl result must be good...
as for the scholarship, you'll receive $2,000.00, tt will surely help you financially....

As for my appeal, the result will be out on Feb 9th, I appealed for:
1st choice: Biomedical science (TP)
2nd choice: Biomedical science (SP)
3rd choice: Biomedical science (NP)

i just hope tt i will be accepted in TP so does Nazurah.. Amin3x.. Yarabbal'alamiin....

jz like i mentioned, i spent another day at changi beach, having bbq with my big family....
day 1, which was on sunday, jan 25th, was the best coz most of my family members.....

on day 2, less people came... but wat so ever, it was fun spending our time together other than during hari raya only...

btw, i could see the moon covering the sun, it was so amazing... Allah isso great tt he has created such a beautiful n wonderful world with perfection in everything....

So far so good! Yesterday, I've registered for my further studies! i went to TP with nazzy n both of our mothers! i was sure tt my first choice of courses would be biomedical science, but then i met Nadhirah n Chishty who introduced me to their courses, which was Biomedical, Informatics & Engineering. at first, i wasn't tt interested. After listening to the lecturers' explanation, i realised tt BIE could be a better course for me then Biomedical science.
Furthermore, BIE allows the poly-graduates to have a bigger range of degrees if they continue their studies in local or overseas universities.
since i took my o lvl as private candidate, i didn't received the JAE Form A together with my result slip... so i had to apply for my singpass at the CPF Board as it was the only way i could register through JAE.... from poly to CPF Board n back to poly again! Nadhirah n Chishty assisted me trough out the registration.. I'm very thankful to them...
however, something terrible happened to nazzy.. i couldn't mention it here! what so ever, i felt sorry for her!
now i realised tt i should be very thankful with my results, n i didn't have difficulties through out the registrations!
I wud like to congratulate my friends who passed the o lvl with flying colours... as for those who didn't, do not ever give up n stop trying... coz there are always opportunities for you to improve yourself and continue to fulfill your dreams...

Alhamdulillah....Subhanallah walhamdulillah walaa ilaaha illallah wallaahuakbar.....

I'm VERY thankful to Allah 4 my achievement in O lvl!

However, i'm not really satisfied with my chem n physics, i was expecting better grades

watever it is, i won't stop trying and will always do my best to achieve all my dreams!

Waiting 4 my O lvl results is no longer a burden 4 me!

Now, i'm just focusing on my studies, to improve myself and be a better person towards everyone!

Yesterday, i went to the BOL (beyond o lvl) seminar in TP, it started at abt 10 am; but i got there abt half an hour early!

Kiasu much?! Not really, coz actually i had to collect the letter tt failed to reach my house coz... i gave them the wrong add..haha!

I got to watch Sleeq's performance n all my questions answered by the panel of lecturers in TP...

Then i walked ard TP and had a good first impression on the plaza!

Now, i'm sure abt the course tt i wud take, but which poly shud i be in?

I was hoping to see my cousin in TP coz he is a student there, but graduating soon....

Nazzy, yatie, suhail n eeka were also there...

My mom's perspective abt poly has changed after yesterday....

She found out tt there's a musollah in TP, n tt made her felt relieved....

she started to like the lifestyle in poly since...

That wud be a great news 4 me as my mom is giving me her support

Nevertheless, i'm still worried yet excited abt my o lvl results tmr!

i wud like to wish all of them who took o lvl last yr a very good luck! May all of us get our desired grades! Amin!

I'm excited coz tmr or u can call it later today at 0900 hrs, i'm going to TP to attend the BOL seminar, to get more info on the courses offered....

SLEEQ in will be performing...

I'll be going with both of my parents n later will meet up with suhail,yatie,atikah n nazurah

Then, we'll go on tour in any of the courses tt we are interested in....

I'm anxious about my upcomin' O lvl resutls! it was annouced island-wide tt the results will be out tis Monday, 12 Jan 2009...

I need to get at most 13 pts for my L1R4 in order to be qualified for 'Biomedical' course in poly.... So many people are hoping for me to get a very good results, especially myself.....

Tis mon we'll going to alsagoff to get our results....

Let's hope for the best...Insya Allah, our results will meet our satisfaction n others' who care abt us! Amin3x, Ya Rabbal 'Alamiin!

Today i went to 2 Polytechnics! SP and NP....
Luckily one in Dover n the other in Clementi... not tt far apart.....

I went there with suhail, yatie yaya ngan atikah

we started our tour at SP at ard 12 noon... SP building was half new n half old!

and so NP!

Here are some pictures i took, but only few of 'em coz we were too busy exploring the schools.....

It's like a lounge, where students of NP can study, do some discussions or just hang out with their friends here... it's air-conditioned and has beautiful design of the decoratin n furniture...

We had our "lunch" at KFC in SP eventhough it was 2pm...

Then we went to Darussalam Mosque to pray Zohor Prayer

We continued our journey to NP, and took a tour on the bus....

We asked questions about the courses tt we are interested in n we got our answers

All the students in both poly are friendly n they made us felt comfortable... so it's easy for to ask them any question we want

They held showcases on all courses, CCAs and even all the inventions n achievements tt the students have done....

We had the chance to try out some games, even check our blood type n etc..

We got these shoe keychain as a prize when we collected stamps from all stations we've been! Cute isn't it? the pink one is mine, red is suhail's n green is yatie's

Then we went home.. the train was really paked n we had to stan in the train during the whole journey, from Clementi all the way to Tampines..

I reached home at about 2030 hrs, luckily my mother was distracted by her work n didn't have the chance to scold me for coming back late...hehe

b'coz of tt, we were late for school to take our o lvl password!

i had my most embarrassing moment when i fell in the middle of the pavement when trying to catch a bus, 107, to my school as it was raining...

just imagine, hundreds of eyeballs were at me...!

2day can be considered as my unluckiest day...

1st, suhail n i were late to go to alsagoff..

then, bus no. 291 was not at sight...

when we were in the train, rain started to fall

as i mentioned, i had my 'moment' b'cos off my SLIPPERY SLIPPERs

i was wearing a white long dress, n it was stained!

we decided to walk to alsagoff, eventhough it was raining, w/o an umbrella!

i walked like an old lady n had to hold on to suhail as the ground was wet!

But it was worth it wen i got to hang out with my friends, suhail, yatie, mar n eisya!
